...for that smooth, Scottino sound

Hard & Dirty (2006)
I wish I'd named this one Hard(er) and Dirty(er) in relation to my previous work, this CD indicates the direction that my musical tastes went this year: a bit harder, a little dirtier, and a lot more thumpy-thumpy because that's what's demanded by dancefloors during peak hours. Some of these tracks made their Scottino debut at Shimmer; others at Burning Man. Its rooted in driving techy house, because frankly that is where I felt the best music was being made this year. I submitted this CD to D:Fuse, because he asked me for one that he could play on his XM radio show. Well, he's got the goods...now let's see if he ever uses 'em! I'm particularly fond of track 1, my customized "Scottino" intro. Prepare for liftoff!

Fo' my Bitches -with love, Scottino (2005)
This
mix cd was inspired by the Sunday afternoon poolside set I played
at the Vibrant Campout 2005. The air was hot and the pond was cool!
Months later, friends made & wore "Scottino's Bitch"
shirts to my FiX Debut Party,
hence this CD is for them! I loves me my bitches!

We are the Fortunate Ones (WMC 2005 Promo) (2004)
I handed this bad-boy out at Winter Music Conference 2005. It's a mixture of house & breaks, and starts with a vocal cut from "Words from the Melting Heart" (Artist: Deluxe, Album: Let the Magic Flow, Year: 1996 - an outstanding & very under-rated electronica cd!!!). This sets the stage: are we not fortunate, we whose lives are so blessed by love and abundance...? Hells yes, we are.
I personally handed a copy of this CD to Derrick Carter, Moby, and Ben Watt at WMC. I wonder if they ever got past the opening breaks track and actually listened to it!?

Houseboat Happy Hour (2003)
This is my first demo cd, lovingly entitled Houseboat Happy Hour. This cd was inspired by the set I played aboard Cap'n Vacation's Houseboat Party IV: July 2003 while we cruised the lake, drank cocktails, and danced under the setting sun. And dance they did. At least that's what they told me. I was stuck below decks, pumping out music like I was working the bilge.
